Das 30. Bospop Festival hat eine neue Location in Weert, im Ortsteil Hushoven. Bospop 2010 vom 10.-11. Juli 2010.
Bereits 1980 startete dieses niederländische Festival seine bis heute andauernde Erfolgsgeschichte.
Damals war es ein Festivals für regionale Newcomerbands, heute gehört es zu den größten Festivals Europas, auf dem international bekannte Bands und Künstler wie Neil Young, Carlos Santana, Sting, The Doors, Deep Purple, Zucchero, Simple Minds, ZZ-TOP, INXS, Toto, UB40, Alice Cooper, Status Quo, Bryan Adams, Golden Earring, Iron Maiden, Motorhead und Joe Cocker bereits aufgetreten sind.
Das Festival findet im niederländischen Weert, in der Landzunge zwischen Belgien und Deutschland, unweit von Aachen statt.
